Had to chance to visit with one my beautiful long lost cousins yesterday whom along with her mom brought some negatives in to see if they could be printed into anything decent. Restoring a photo, especially snapshots from the past is a tedious but rewarding task in that there is such an emotional attachment most folks have for wanting a photo restored. While it's not a photo created by you it's still something each retoucher feels ownership of as having resurrected it from the past normally.

Met up with Mr Morgan this evening to capture some formal portraits for his employer, aka AAA to be published with their regional newsletters and such. I was also tasked with capturing his musical side as he's a published song writer working with folks in Nashville. While he didn't let me go all out rock star on his photos I think we did manage to get some decent shots!

Another June wedding with dramatic sky and a little rain to boot. This time it was the union of Nitat Jaruwannakorn and Amber Fletcher whom if you remember also had an engagement photo session here not too long ago. This is the third member of the Fletcher family whom I've had the pleasure of working with and once again it was a pleasure. Now for a few pictures...

While I'm still working on the majority of the photos these caught my eye right away as I love big dramatic skies when I can include them with such wonderful people. This is the groom and his great looking family. You may recognize his parents as they own and operate Bangkok Palace located in Chillicothe, Ohio and from what I hear has excellent menu selections and great food.

Like I said I've just begun to work through the photos taken and these definitely caught my eye and hope they do some justice to these lovely ladies.

Recently I also had the opportunity to capture some maternity shots of the lovely momma to be Christy Hill and her rockin DJ husband Tommy Hill. We done some studio shots but we also moved outdoors toward evening and I think they really made these shots look great. They make a really awesome couple and I think the shots definitely show a pair that will make great parents.
