We finally got the opportunity to have a shoot with Breana whom will be representing Digital Storm Photography at Vinton County High School! Breana is a proud VCHS majorette who is also actively involved in the drama club and 4H so we're sure she'll get the chance to show her photos and answer any questions you may have. As mentioned before but worth mentioning again, our senior reps are supplied with some great offers to include free photos by simply booking with us and presenting your rep's card! Also wanted to acknowledge a recent family get together to celebrate my grandfather's 91st b-day. It was great to be able to host the event and while he has his ailments it's really awesome he can still get out and around if even for a little while. I think he looks great photographically speaking as well and I'm hoping to get an enlarged print one day of this photo.

They're several things to mention this week but wanted to separate each on their own so bear with me. One the big things I wanted to pass along was our recent acceptance to be a part of the Littlest Hero's Project which is an organization of volunteers and photographers trying to pay it forward by capturing special photos of children with debilitating illnesses or conditions. The idea was formed by an amazing 17 year old girl who has faced a number of challenges in her own life. I encourage you to check the website out and read her story! Also if you know of anyone with a situation like those described on the website you should encourage them to participate not only to get some captured memories of their little hero but to bring awareness for all those facing these challenges daily! Every child is special and we know it will be a pleasure to work with them! We've incorporated a clickable graphic for the organization to the right side of this blog so it can be easily accessed in the future. Anyone wishing to paticipate we ask that you work directly with the project first and complete the initial phase before contacting us directly. Spent this past Tuesday evening doing a shoot with Thressa, a Jackson senior with an outgoing personality and very large collection of formal dresses!
